Hey guys, I just downloaded the MPT V3.0 but after installing it, it does not recognize my phone. What should I do? I plug the usb, my pc recognizes the usb but after 2 o 3 secs, the usb connections turns off!! Would some one help me please..
do you have the correct driver installed? when you go to your control panel under modems and faxes you should see a motorola usb modem in addition to your default voice modem if it is installed right. otherwise you can find a couple guides in the stickes at the top of the forum to download the P2K driver you need.
