opening multiple projects in Nero express

    Hi,
    I'm a newbie with nero, and I would like to know whether it is possible, and if so how, to open and work with more than one video project in Nero express.
    What I mean is that, Nero allows you to open and work with one project, but I would like to add material already saved in another project, but there is no facility to open this other project.
    Is it possible to do so, or am I simply going about things the wrong way.

    I should add that I have Nero 6 OEM version, but this seem to have just about everything on it, and for the life of me I can't see what is the real difference between the OEM and the Ultra version,
