hi and welcome, i've subscribed to a couple of your threads, but am gonna have to request this one be closed as you've answered your own question here - http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/259562

as to the location of the logfile, it's in c:\program files\ahead\nero\nerohistory.log but whenever you post a log, always just post the LAST section of the log and never post your serial number which usually begins with '1A21' or similar.

You can differentiate sections via this section divider "====== *** Nero-Burning Rom, History File *** ======"

subsequent burns, good and bad are appended to that logfile thus why you only ever post the LAST section of it..

don't want to be a grouch but opening unnecessary threads is very difficult for those that try to help you. what i mean is you started that other thread instead of replying to your own...
