Thanks, but the PIE's are a little high...the QS can be a little misleading with DIP. :)

I haven't changed any settings so either your drive doesn't support the feature as I see the options are greyed out in your screenies...or you are using the free version and these aren't available in that version. I'm using the Pro version and haven't touched any of the options.

think its my drives dont support that part of it. as for i too have the pro version..and yes DIP, does have lower standards than nero for scanning the disc. eaiser to get higher scores. but in my eyes anything in the 90's is good for me. if i get anything lower i tend to check the disc for CRC errors.
when you actually burn with imageburn do you verify your burns aftewards? that might have something to do with those stats showing??

I always verify. You could try to verify and burn and see if the options are there for you.
Here is a nice monitoring proggie that should be pretty accurate...
http://www.alcpu.com/CoreTemp/
EDIT: I think the PIE's and PIF's between the two programs should be fairly similar, but reporting as a % good or bad is determined in a different way. I've never seen a scan with 1000+ PIF's score a 99% with CD Speed.

well haveing 2 liteons ive never seen a 99%..lol
your right the PIE's & PIF's are pretty close between the 2, it is just the way the 2 differ in the reading of them. id say all the 98% scans ive seen on LITE-ON's the PIF's had all been under 100 and mostly under 50 total
heck unjust2u he had the lowest i have seen a "6" for his total PIF's thats unreal.. the best i ahve ahd i think was a 18 total not to sure.
