Okay, I've been using this forum for almost an hour now, so I believe that I'm expert enough to comment/criticize.

Seems like a good group of people. However, I'd like my posts to be highlighted or something to indicate that they deserve [b]immediate[/b] attention (just kidding).

Some helps that you may want to consider is adding the total reads to the listing of threads and the total posts by the username. This gives the reader some indication of topic interest and user expertise (though not always). Also, I found out that UBB works for quotes.
