My Nero software is attempting to burn images to my hard drive. I try to copy a CD and it never asks me to put a CD-R into my drive, it just wants to burn to the HD and it doesnt seem to be able to detect the read or write spped of the CD-R/CDRW drive either, it knows that the drive is there, but it doesn't know that it records. Can anybody help me?
hi, sounds like it's burning using 'image recorder'. if the drop down box near top right of Nero doesn't have your burner listed, ie the only option listed there is 'image recorder' it sounds like your Nero is too old to recognise your burner. if that's the case, try updating to 5.5.10.42 from here http://www.oldversion.com/program.php?n=nero let me know either way...
