Rejected call message nokia 6220... ny1 help plz

    Hi

    I bought a phone from ebay ,according to seller it is unlocked.
    I put my vodaphone sim and it shows vodafone uk in the starting but whenever i tried to call it shows a CALL REJECTED message . I dont what that means ? any 1 can help what might be the problem , i tried to cancel all diverts and restore factory settings but still unable to make calls .
