Like when i go to the stores to buy cd-r's some will say used for data or some say audio/music? I dont get it why do they seperate the disks like this?
There is no technical difference in between CD-R and CD-R Audio. Audio discs are more expensive since they include royalty fees. Audio discs may also be lesser quality as they are designed for stand-alone CD-R recorders which use a recording speed of 1-4x (so no need for high speed certification). You can use CD-R Audio for data as well, but it makes no sense as described above. Go to our CD-R media room for good media suggestions.
