hi i ahve had my ipod and itunes for about a week and suddenly itunes will not update my ipod. it says required files are not found. i have reistalled the program and it still does that.
Which programs have yo reinstalled...the ipod software or itunes. Ok, here's what you should try 1) try a simple reset (hold middle button & MENU button until apple logo appears) If you don't get any luck, you should restore your ipod. Open up your iPod software, then hook your iPod up to your PC & click 'restore'. Then Re-install the software on your ipod. You should be fine after that.
