When I open of the thing to burn the files it says write these files to a CD, then when I go through that wizard it says that it cannot see the disk. Everywhere I check to burn it says I can only buts audio files but I know this is a DVD burner. Anyone know what to do??
First off I have learn one thing here is when you have a problem. Please list the program you are using like DVD Shrink, what kind of a burner you are using and your computer all the neat little things you have in it like RAM, CPU type and speed, your OS and most of all what kind of media you are using. It helps so that you don't have to make so many trips back and forth to get help. Also if you get an error message or log copy it less your regstration number so that the crack members here can read what went wrong and how to help you. So what program are you using and what were you trying to do copy a dvd?
