I need to fit 726MB on a VCD, I have tryed compressing it multiple times and every time nero keeps it at that amount. I really dont want to have to split it into two disks. I have the video in the following modes, .avi .xvid .mpeg I need to know how to do this by tomorrow as I need to keep our family tradition alive.

    Thanks for the help.

For VCD the size is 10MB's/min. The size of the source (unless it is a VCD compliant mpg) doesn't matter at all, only its length.

So if your source is longer than 80mins then you have to split onto two discs or I guess you could use 99min media and get 99mins, but then it might not play properly on standalones.

Other option is to create an XVCD.
