I would like to thank everyone who addressed my proplems with nero and dvd shrink, but I can not find the site for the nero upgrade or the upgrade site for my NEC dvd 1.02c,I checked the site someone gave me but the 1.02c was not there nor the nero6 upgrade. This would help me a lot.

Thank You And i pray everyone had a blessed Thanks Giving.

@justsweet - i've edited out your Nero serial number as follows -

    - you're firmware is one version behind, 1.0C is here - http://forum.rpc1.org/dl_firmware.php?download_id=1517

    - DMA needs to be ON, fix via this - http://home.comcast.net/~bbmayo/FAQ.htm

    - 512MB is what i consider the minimum for dvd work. you should get more memory, and for now you're gonna have to dig deep to close down as much as you can to free up more memory, but 128MB just isn't gonna cut it..

    - you're using some of the most awful, atrocious utter rubbish dvd media there is. get decent media (suggestions of which are in my signature), and glance at my signature for reasons not to use CMC media

    - see previous comment

    - also i notice you have Roxio installed. uninstal Roxio (doesn't always play well with Nero), then you might need to fully remove using Roxio Zapper - http://www.microadvantage.net/utilities
