I had a movie that was 3 avi files. I used NeroVision to make a DVD with them, made a cool menu, all that crap. Then I told it to burn and it started encoding the files to the proper format, etc. So I went and watched some TV, checked on it after a couple hours, still workin on it. Then I went to bed. I was awoken by the sound of my DVD rom trying to push open the door in my desk. I figured it had finished burning and for some reason ejected the disc. I turned the monitor on and saw that the progress bar was only at about 85% done. No error message, no nothing. It looked like it was still working away, except that the DVD rom was open. I put it back in to see if it would continue or give me an error message or something. Nothing happened. I went back to sleep and when I woke up, the timer kept going but it hadn't made any progress, so I had to abort. The DVD was unreadable by my DVD player. This is what it looked like when it ejected the disc:
Well, I successfully burned another project last night. So I got to thinking why 2 have worked and this one will not. I could only think of one thing that was different about this one. Both of the projects that have worked have fit on the disc. This time it said that there was not enough room, but I could have it reduce the quality to make it fit. Hopefully that will help somebody here figure out what's wrong
