Ipod video problems

    I have a ipod video and i use the videoera converter and i had an old one and all the videos i converter worked. NOW i got a new one and some of them give me problems itunes say cannot read file or be written to ipod and i dont know what to do

    hey GvitoG do u no wat my problem is here?

    i get my videos into itunes right and convert them into the right format

    it uploads onto my ipod and wen i watch it it has no sound do u noe wat the prob is and how to fix it thanx

    Hi guys, i bought a 30 GB Video iPod In December...and since today its decided its not going to work. The light is on but the screen is black, and there is a small white square in the top left hand corner of my screen. So basically i can't listen to my music and im really frustrated ! has anyone got any ideas of how i can fix this problem ? or has anyone had any problems themselves with their iPod ?
