i had an dvd movie image file, it was .img so i used daemon to mount, then i opened the drive folder, and copied video_ts folder and audio_ts folder then i burned the folders in nero dvd udf/iso mode well, i dont have the image file anymore. and the dvd won't play in any dvd players, just in pc. what i wanna ask is does anybody know how to burn a dvd movie with menu's to play in ps2. i am using verbatim dvd+r with film reels on the disc.
do you know if it will play on the ps2? i've been reading other threads, and i'm starting to think burned movies with menu doesnt work on the ps2. matter of fact, the only burned movie that worked in my ps2 didnt have menus.
For all I know, PS2 is not very good at reading dvds (especially those altered). I also read somewhere that different models of ps2 have different likings for dvd+ or dvd-. May be you could try change the media?
is the video_ts folder typed like that? I was thinking it neede to capped like this VIDEO_TS...i had the same problem once, the folders looked right, played on pc but crapped out in set top players...so I I just re-shrunk it on HD and made sure the folder was capped, but then NERO does now...so...???
it was capped. anyways, what i'm asking is, is it ok to just drap drop copy and paste the VIDEO_TS folder from the dvd drive? and if that way is ok, how to burn that?
