Takes 10 times longer to BURN and SHRINK or decrypt - Help :-(

It's been months I've been looking to solve this problem,

I once burned,shrinked and did everything under 1:30...

Now I've bought my own DVD burner and it takes me 24 hours to shrink, 2 hours to burn and 40 minutes to decrypt...

The DVD Burner I bought is the same as the one I used before...

I reformatted my pc with MS-DOS and then I installed Windows ME ...

and also I think I tried everything I was suggested to...

DMA I'm not sure if that's causing my problem... How can I install the best DMA on my pc to make sure it's not there the problem...

Are you multi tasking during this process and do you have any spyware running such as Spyware Doctor, if so close that down as it really slows things down
