It can't be done with any cable. The easiest option would be to take it to the provider and tell them you are going over seas and need the phone unlocked for use on other networks. They will possibly unlock it for you or you would have to take it to an electronics repair shop that unlocks phones (call around first) and they would charge for the unlock.
