is there a way to take the tracks off of a CD and fix the sound quality...there is a little fuzz in the sound and I want to fix that.

Of course you can.

Rip the CD with Exact Audio Copy (see software section). The edit with CoolEdit, SoundForge or other WAV editor software.

The sound editing requires some expertise.
