HELP ME PLEASE!!!

Hi, i have my xbox and i recently tried to install a softmod and it got all screwed up. first it said a "13" error and not it is showing a "16" Error. HELP ME

 

hey man what kind of chip u got and if its a screw in one or one like the exucuter then put it on tighter thats your best bet or put in all the cables tight

 

i don't have a chip is a standard xbox

Error 13-Dashboard launch fail (due to missing/bad key, or anything else that would prevent it from running) and the dashboard didn't specify why it failed.
Error 16-Other files to do with dashboard / dashboard settings (specific dashboard error).
tell me exactly what u did and ill tell you where you went wrong as i have softmodded bout 50 xboxs'

i was softmodding my xbox and the power went out about halfway through. i went back to try and continue and i got to the screen to do it and it wouldn't work. i let the xbox off for like a week and came back and it started showing the 16 error. I have backed up both the dash and the eeprom. what should i do?

 

Try putting a up to date game in and that should update your dash.

 

i can't i put a game in and it brings up the error. i just stuck in madden 06
