Hi guys and girls, this week i have burnt about 10 dvds, then today i tried to burn another and it wont burn, no problem i thought this has happened b4, tried a different movie with a different Blank, same thing. Update to latest version 6.6.0.18 You are about two versions behind on your firmware. Get the latest here: http://forum.rpc1.org/dl_result.php?kaj=1&isces Your DMA is turned off, it should always be on. OK dude, stop multitasking, free up some resources...go bake a cake or watch TV or something. You are burning way too close to the edge, set your target size to 4300. Did you know you can booktype using Nero so that your backups will be compatable with more players? This can only be done with the +R variety of blanks. Not familiar with these discs, but I assume you are using an off brand. Cheap media can be the source of your problems just as much as not having the power cord plugged into the wall. Stick with proven media such as Verbatim, Taiyo Yuden, Ritek and Sony, Maxell, Fuji (Made in Japan). That will get you on the fast track back to backing up your movies. I'm sure that others will be by to pick up on things that I have missed. Also requesting a mod move this to the Nero forum.

@9mmruger Up until last friday I was working 6-7 days as week and as many as 10x per week. But recently took a day position sat-wed 7a to 3p. woo hoo.
