Hey every1, I'm getting a xbox 360 and I want to chip my xbox and hook it up to my computer. I'm really not sure where to start, I know this is a really open question but I always go to ad for help ;-D I would appreciate any feedback. Thanks in advance.
if you are talking about chipping the 360 you may have to wait until they develop a chip for it. I am not sure what mods are available yet as it has only been out for about a week.
No sorry, I wasnt very clear, was I?. I meant my old xbox (orig). Don't know where to start. Obviosly I need to get mod chip first but I'm not sure the best place to get one. I'm not a computer "noob", but I am an xbox moding one ;-D Sorry for the unclarity

you need to get the modchip and install it.you need to use an auto installer program like slayers to put a dashboard and apps on your xbox.you need to get a cross over cable to connect your xbox to your pc.once your xbox is modded it wont be hard to link it to your computer.
http://www.teammodders.com/ they can mod it for you. wher i bought my premodded xbox from. they got it for me, istalled the chip and all that, then shipped it out to me. Then again i may get special treatment as i am a moderator there. But they do mod systems and do a great job at a very fair price. $35 for a chip install. You have to buy the chip unles they agree to get one for you, which they may. Plus pay the cost of shipping which with priority mail insured is about $15 each way.
