I have been making dvd backups using dvdfab and dvd shrink, I have no issues burning the first backup from the original dvd but if I insert the backup dvd into my lite-on cd/dvd rom drive and blank media in to the dvd writer drive and use the nero express and select copy disc it will go through the entire process with no errors but the disc is not playable on the pc or my stand alone dvd player. Both the drives are Lite-on and I was wondering if uninstalling and reinstalling the Dvd writer will help??? PS: I am using the latest version of dvdfab and I can burning a backup dvd if I run it back through shrink again which can be time comsuming.
how about try a different method first, to elliminate that as a possibility before you do anything else. Have you nero recode or clonedvd ver2?
