    ok i only hve one ethernet cable in the back of my computer and i was wondering what the adapter to buy tht makes the usb port an etherenet port or whatever it is

    Do you mean a USB NIC, looks something like this [​IMG]
    You can purchase USB NICs at most electronic stores. Best Buy, Circuit City, Office Depot, etc.
