I downloaded the trial version last night, when I try to install it, an error message states that the serial # is expired. I downloaded from a link on this site. I just wanted to try it to see if it was a program that I would like and be relatively easy to use. Any ideas on the expired serial?
Sounds to me you have arleady downloaded it before and the trial expired and you tried to download another trial version.
I understand what you are say, however, until last night I had never even heard of Nero. I just got into trying out my DVD burner and didn't have a program that I liked. Not to mention, I am still on dial-up, and the download took nearly 8 hours to complete. So it is not possible that I have downloaded it before. Any other suggestions?
