Hello, I'm using a Memorex DVD recorder external drive and using the Nero Express 2 software, I'm trying to make my own dvd by adding video files I have in my computer, now after it finishes transcoding and when it's time to burn, the disc tray keeps opening saying the disc is not empty and for me to put a empty disc, I don't understand why it's doing this because there is already a blank DVD+R disc inside the drive so I don't understand why it's saying it's not empty. Am I doing something wrong? Am i using a wrong kind of disc? Can someone please help. Thanks
first open up nero CD-DVD Speed and run some checks on your media, this will help you determine if there are any problems with either the media or the drive itself, if the results come up either way you will know what you have to fix... hope this helps...
W.T.F <!?!> anyway, if you installed nero to the default directory, hold the windows key and press R, this will bring up a run dialog... in this dialog, type in the following: [bold]C:\Program Files\Ahead\Nero Toolkit\CDSpeed.exe[/bold] this should open the program, in here run your tests...
