I've got Nero Vision Express 3 for burning dvds and when you get to the screen that shows the progress of your burn, the movie can be seen in the upper right hand corner as the burn is taking place. Is there a way to stop this movie from playing while it's burning? Surely it must be slowing down the burn, which already takes quite a long time to begin with. I've looked and cant find a place to turn off this preview screen. Thanks Funkynassau
the movie only runs during the encoding stage to show you the quality of what you will get.During the burning stage it is disabled. do you see a box like this anywhere.Just untick this option and the preview will disappear.
To add to andmeer,s post. If you dont see that and you are truly using nve by clicking make dvd then import dvd that is not the best way to backup a disk. Unless your version of nve is oem and might not have recode in it. If that is the case I would look into updating nve at nero site. I would think oem sn would work ok for just nve. In the same build version which in your case seems to be 6.
