hey guys i figured out how to get ride of evox it was quite simple actually lol i feel dumb but thinks for all the help people i appreciate it.. but i have one more thing it doesnt have to be answered but i will think about softmodding again if and only if i know exactly what im doing i know what im doing all the way up to haveing evox installed via action replay via softmod installer deluxe 2.0 now what would u guys say i would need to be able to mod online? i know its possible i just dont know what i would need so if it isnt too much to ask could some one please help me just pm with ur aim or gamertag or just post thanks for everything guys
ok now i know how to get on live while my xbox is softmodded and thats by coldbooting... but people are saying that i cant have any mods (hacks) of the game im playing... so how do u get around this obsticale? how can i get online in a game that i have mods to? ie. halo2 can anyone help me?
You will be able to get on live w/ your mods, but you will be banned w/in a matter of hours and then be restricted to only playing custom games. And then people dont want to play w/ you cuz you have all these mods. If you want my opinion, dont use mods in mm. If you were to, at least wait til promtheus comes out so you can change the skin of the map and make everything look better (also changing models as well at ease). So when you do get banned, you wont be having people quit out of your custom game cuz they are sick of getting raped by aa. And you will have a scenic map, while they have the normal one. Anyways, I highly suggest you not go on xbl w/ your mods. If you want to show off your mods, do it on xlink or xbc where people havent paid for the services.
i think this is what im going to do... i am never going to get on mm becuase i do not want to banned but i think im just going to save all of my modded maps on my comp. and then ill play them in a custom game just to show off and when i want to go to mm ill delete the maps from my xbox and then just download the normal ones it may be a hasle but i really dont want to get banned i dont want to level up off of these mods any way i just think they are cool
Dude...I think you misinterpretted what I said. If you go on XBL, EVEN IN CUSTOMS!, you will get banned from mm! So, you have to get on XLink or XBC to show off your mods... So, DO NOT GO ON XBOX LIVE with your modifications! You WILL be banned.
