I just burned my first dvd's. I used Anydvd and intervideo dvd. Okay, so my burned discs play great ON THE COMPUTER but will not play on my stand alone dvd players (I have tried them on all 4). I have read in these posts that this could be due to the media i am using. However, I have burned personal video slideshows to this same media and they played fine on all stand alone players. Is there a difference or is there something wrong with they way I am burning these movies. Sorry if this seems simplistic but I am very new to this. Thanks in advance.
is this an actaul dvd you have reproduced or some files that you have converted and then burnt to dvd. What are your pc stats? what media are you using? Whats the version of nero you are using? What are the models of your dvd standalones and are they capable of playing burned discs?
@cynorita, AnyDVD + InterVideoDVDCopy should Rip/Shrink/Burn in one step. I have an old copy of IVDVDCopy, don’t use it much but, it works.. Like andmerr said, give us more to go on.. Maybe someone can help you..
