Hey people! I have a Sony Dvd burner as well as a seperate Sony Cd burner. I got my Cd burner first and got Nero 5.0 with the package. I upgraded that to 6.0 later. All the while I was using Nero 5.0 and 6.0 I could write multisession discs. I never experienced any problems and could add stuff to the discs as and when I wanted. Though, after I switched to Nero 7.0 I cant multisession anymore. Whenever I try writing on the discs that I wrote with multisession before give me an error saying that all old info would be lost on adding more data. I use my Cd burner for cd writing and my dvd burning only for dvds. I never had this problem before? Anything I can do to continue writing multi session dics? Varun.
Nero has admitted that multisession burning is not that reliable a technology, and many people have reported problems similar to yours. So you may want to think again before continuing to do multisession burning.
