please help

    i got a liteon dvd-+r burner and i got nero 6.6 software with it and it was going grand burning dvds and 1 cd so far but now it wont read any cds at all i tryed reinstalling it but no good please help me fast.the programs with the software are nero 6,nero vision express.nero media player,incd 4,incd reader,contents and templates.please help

    wen i put in a cd it says incdsrv.exe has encountered a problum and needs to close.please help. i want to back up cds

    Hmmmm, try re-installing windows, see if that will help?

    Or maybe one or two cd/dvd drive drivers have been mistakely deleted/overwriten from your compter, try re-installing the cd/dvd drive drivers.

    Or another thing is that you have disabled DMA, try re-enabling this feature and your drive might work.

    what is dma.i dont have a clue what you were on about.im not that good with computers

    Direct Memory Access is a technique for transferring data from main memory to a device without passing it through the CPU.

    Computers that have DMA channels can transfer data to and from devices much more quickly than computers without a DMA channel.

    So this is useful for making quick backups and for real-time applications.

    If you disable the DMA feature, your CD/DVD drive might not work properly- so its in best interest to enable this feature.

    (You might proberly have to re-start your computer after enabling this feature)

    my dma was alreddy on.i heard if you unistall incd it works better.but i dont know which one to get rid of or if is true

    yh, try uninstalling InCD, then it should start working
