Hello Readers! Just wondering if anyone out there can help me in unlocking my 6230 Nokia? I think it is ASIC 6, I have tried various code calculators and nothing seems to work! I have 1 more attempt left I think. imei No 355666006986706, also do I try code 1 or code 7 1st. Your help would be greatly appreciated!!! Thanks.
Is this phone a 6230 or 6230i? What messages have you been seeing after entering codes? Have you seen the message [bold]can not undo restriction[/bold]? We really don't like messing with phones with only one chance left but if you can answer the above, I'll look into it for you and try to provide you with the correct code. It would help out if you would list all codes tried. If you have seen the above message I have mentioned in bold, don't bother answering any of the questions or asking for another code because that phone would be hardlocked to Vodafone only.
Hello! Thanks for a speedy reply, the phone is the 6230 not the 6230i model, to be honest I dont know how many attempts I have left, but have probably inserted about 3 codes but it has not come up with (bold)cannot undo restriction(/bold) yet. I know that you only get about 5 attempts. Thanks
Country? Network locked to? I don't know where I got Vodafone from. Nevermind, now I do!!! It's in your header. I'm assuming the UK
Hello again. Sorry bout that, the phone is locked to Vodafone uk, and the codes I have used are 03 22 03 57 23 46 74 0+1 70 57 90 74 36 41 53 0+7 Thanks.
Hello NoLimit04! Thanks for that, I put number 1 code in and it unlocked it sraightaway!!! Wish I had found this site earlier, I have another one of these phones but put to many codes in it last week and it says 'cannot undo restiction!' I think I will have to take this one to a shop though, I have a cable to connect to the computer, but after some reasearch I don't think you can unlock them without taking them to a shop, is this correct? Thanks a bunch anyway.
