No file in DVD Shrink

Hi, i downloaded a movie from a torrent which is in two parts (The Island). I need to shrink it, but when i used DVD Shrink the files weren't there. I tried to drag them into it, but a pop up said there was a file error. What am i doing wrong?

You need to convert the file to DVD-Compliant Mpeg-2 files. Try Avi2dvd as I think it is still free:
