Ive recently purchased the SM-352N but it doesnt seem to want to write files. Is this because im using single layer dvd-r's?? If so, is there a program that i can use (im currently using Nero 6.6)?? I hate to be the bearer of bad news but that drive is not a dvd burner. It is a combo drive cd burner and dvd player.
