Neros newest version of 6 I think 6.6.0.18 may help you. You also seem to have roxio on the system. If you update nero and still have problems search here for link to roxio zapper to remove roxio and see if that helps.
yeah, in addition to whompus's reply.. - see further down, you need to reinstall Nero so you may want to install 6.6.0.18, latest 6.x version, get update package 1 from here - http://www.nero.com/en/nero-up.php - DMA needs to be ON, fix via this - http://home.comcast.net/~bbmayo/FAQ.htm - i'd reinstall Nero. uninstall Nero normally then uninstall completely via Nero's Clean Tools, then reinstall Nero - CDRALW2K.SYS is part of Roxio. try uninstalling Roxio (doesn't always play well with Nero), then you might need to fully remove using Roxio Zapper - http://www.microadvantage.net/utilities
