Just got the lightscribe for my computer. I run windows XP, now this dumb thing came with a little booklet with the address to go to with help for burning on the dvd. Problem is, that address doesn't exist anymore. I want to burn the image right onto my dvd, which, I'm supposed to be able to do. However, the book says to choose settings first, which, I can't even find. I created my label, pressed print and the print preview, it shows me nothing but a blank dvd. Help please. How do I get it to preview? Also, does anyone know where there is support, lightscribe website was no help.
Hello and welcome to Afterdawn. Have you looked throught the guides here on this site ?? What kind of burner do you have?? Do you have any error messages that come up?? And if so please post them here so that the rest of the members can better help you.
