If you're trying to use a Cingular sim, try this code with no sim in and see what it says. Only enter the code once. If you see can not undo restriction, this means someone has already hardlocked the phone to whoever it's locked to. I'm guessing AT&T by the IMEI number I see. #pw+314046445242245+7#
Thanks for your help NoLimit04, but it just says Insert Sim if I don't have the sim in. I can't enter anything at all. I'm guessing I need a code for an AT&T Nokia 6010 phone. Jill
The code I gave you is for AT&T, just press # and see if it shows up on the screen. If it does, start pressing your * key quickly to obtain the p, w, + Let me know if you have anymore problems.
