I just reformatted my computer, and i can't find the installation disk to my sony clie PEG-SJ30/u. I can't get any of my new files on my clie. Is there anyone out there that can send my a download of the software? Is there any way i can get a new cd-rom? Thanks

I have double checked the user name and password and they are in order. You may try to use FTP program such as FlashFXP. Or you may try to request a new user name and password from http://www.sonyclie.org/forums/index.php?showtopic=114. Try the second link as appeared on screen as it will generate reply automatically and immediately.
