I am trying to burn a multi dvd i have already burnt 8 of them this is the 9th i dont know what is happening at the mo i am ripping with dvd decryptor useing these setting to see if this works

"Tools," then "Settings," then click on the "General" tab ." Under "Removal Method," - please change that from "Normal" to "Aggressive." Next, in the "File Mode" tab, Check, "Remove IFO PUO's." Next, go to the "ISO Read Mode" tab and Check, "Remove IFO PUO's" as well. Now let's scoot on over to the "CSS" tab and lQQk to your left to find "Brute Force ~> I/O Key Exchange" and Check that too. Finally, head to the "I/O tad." At the bottom-right I'd like you to put a check where it says "Ignore Read Errors." This will help speed things along by bypassing any tiny scratch-caused errors on the original disc and also some empty files which make it hard for DVD Shrinker to wade through. Finally, (Yea, I know there was a "Finally" before this one BUT this is really and truly the last "Finally", Honest !) Sooo, let's go to the "Device" tab ." Under "Eject Tray after," I like to check both "Read" and "Write" so that if I'm busy doing something and my PC's sound is turned down, the tray's opening alerts me that DVDD's job is done. If you don't want that to happen, then, . . . don't check those boxes, BUT you'll like it better if you do it Soooo, what the hey, . . . Go ahead and put a little checkie-pooh there. That's a good kid, your Uncle ScubaPete LOVES ya for doin' that. Now, click "OK."

What we just did was to strenghten DVDD up a bit in both the File and the ISO ripping mode.

Now let's get down to the business of ripping this disc.

Let's begin by creating a folder for DVD Decrypter. Let's create it somewhere that you'll be able to find it. I put mine on my Desktop calling it, "ALL MY DVD WORK". Then create a second folder with the name we're using for this project. I called mine,"The worst marriage in the History of the World".
Now, let's start by "opening" DVD Decrypter, select Mode, ~> ISO, ~> Read then, for "Source," go to wherever your original files reside either your DVD drive OR your HD. For "Destination", point to the folder you just created and then click on the "Disc to Hard drive icon" to activate DVD Decrypter. When it has finished it's job, "open" DVD Shrink, go to, "File" ~> Open Disc Image, "Browse" until you see the folder you backed up / ripped the ISO image too. Now allow DVD Shrink to Analyze the image. Once that is done, I want you to go to "Edit" then "Preferences" and under "Target DVD Size", change the default size from DVD-5 to "Custom". If you are using decent DVD's such as Verbatim, Phillips, TDK OR Taiyo Yudens, type in 4360 MB. If you are using crap such as Princo, Bulk Orange OR Memorex, type in 4100 MB. Even though we're reducing the "Target DVD Size" to put you one the best dyed surface, if you're using crappy media, you still may not get a decent copy while using junky media. It is times like these that pple are forced to change their media as they see all to clearly that media really is all that important.
Alrighty then, assuming that you are using decent media, DVD Shrink will have compressed your files and you are now ready to burn to disc. 2 - things, DO NOT USE RE-AUTHOR. If you have some "Red" showing in the "size bar", un-check some extra audio. We need to keep everything as intact as we can so that it will play as well as the original. Secondly, make sure, under "Select backup target", you select, "ISO Image File and burn with DVD Decrypter" OR CopyToDVD. When you work with an ISO image you are getting all of the files, every nuance, the way they were on the original, in the exact order they began.

This is the log from the first burn well should i say simulation because this happend to the first burn so i thought i would simulate the burn to see what happend and the same thing happend
i am useing TDK disks and burning at 4x

Is your drive external? If not then I think you have your jumpers installed incorrectly.

And of course...don't use TDK, it sucks. I recommend Taiyo Yuden or Verbatim. Sony and Fuji are fine so long as they are made in Japan. I've never heard of only burning to 4100MB but w/e.

It sounds like you're giving a tutorial lol :)

If you import the files into DVDshrink and it acceptes them and you can watch the movie without a problem, try burning it from shrink with DVDdecrypter instead of nero.
