Have just finished downloading Nero Demo 7 to my os (Win98SE). I have 56K dialup and it took around 8 hours to complete. Upon wizard beginning to install it asks for 'organisation' + 'serial? key number'. I have no idea what that is..I downloaded from this site and there was an awfully long number in the box and when I clicked 'next' it read the number is out of date. It won't go any further until I have this number! I am just on a family home computer. I have IE6. Any help would be totally appreciated... Thanking you in advance... Mandy
I don't understand WHY I can download this program (BTW it is Nero Demo) and YET still need to buy? Just started looking at other threads and read the ones who must have done the same as me. Why have I downloaded it?...honestly I don't have a clue about the program itself. The reason I downloaded was I have just used Irfan View and made a slide show out of personal photos and wanted to burn to cd (so they could view it on the tv on their going to be new Dvd player)to give my in-laws for a Xmas gift...and was thinking of doing it for others...time is ticking away and being short of funds thanks to kids gifts I thought it would be a great idea. So when I went to 'burn to CD', a popup said I needed the Nero full program and also a Nero Plugin to do this as I also have music playing in the background. I guess I need to do more research on other programs....so much time wasted.. Thank you anyway, alkohol(don't have too much of this at xmas) Mandy
it's a demo so you can see if you like it. however there are free alternative programs..see the software section up top of page
