problems with "the ring"

    Hi i´ve downloaded "the ring" and it doesn´t work, there is no picture and no sound, and g-spot says i´ve got all the codecs to play it well, what could the problem be????

    youve probably not downloaded "the ring" but a whole movie of black and silence...equally as scary.

    hehe, i liked The Ring as well, well the original...

    would the ac3 codec cause no picture as well as no audio?

    eey thnx for the tips but the ac3 filter didn´t work, I installed the ace mega codec pack and it worked.

    lol, i had a feeling the ac3 filter wouldnt work, it seems to work better with divx for some reason!
