And if look2me is behind those pop ups, none of those programs will help It requires ewido and/or special fix. But you can first of course try those that ddp suggested. If problem is not fixed, then post here a HiJackThis-log, instructions here ->http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/263784 (steps 3 and 4)
@james164: Do the following, please. Send a HijackThis-log, instructions -> http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/263784 (steps 3 and 4). That's very essential. In this log we can see, if eg. look2me is behind those popups
thought it had but it hasnt what can i do? the pop up is called my search page i have to shut the internet down to remove it. But then only get another 5 - 10 mins beforew it re-appears.
@james164: Do this what I asked you to do earlier. Send a HijackThis-log, instructions -> http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/263784 (steps 3 and 4). It's very probable that I can see in this log what's behind those popups. HijackThis-log shows eg. what programs start when windows starts etc. EDIT: A description of HijackThis is here -> http://tomcoyote.com/hjt/
