How to burn 1 giga of data on a 700 MB Cd

    hey , i have a cd that is 700 mega byte of size , when i compy and paste the contents of it to the hard disk , the data take about 2 giga of space or less , so i wonder how this could be
    more over the data is not compressed by any kind of compression software like winrar and winzip ......
    someone have any ideas or know how that can be ?

    You can't burn 1GB of data onto a single 700MB CD-R disc. You need to burn them onto a DVD-R/+R disc, however, you can probably fit 6 or 7 of AVI data files on one DVD-R/+R.

    so what about the cd i got
    it have windows server 2003 enterprise and web and standard edition , each one when copy from the cd it have about 550 MB
    is that magic or illusion or what is the thing
