Does the ipod only accept downloads from itunes? i read on the music download site, Rhapsody, that this service dosn't work with ipods, nor does any other website like Napster or Kazaa. Can somebody tell me how i can get Napster's (which is like $14.99 a month)tunes on to an ipod with out paying 99 cents a song from itunes? it would be a realy big help and a save of money. You can put any mp3 file on the iPod... I don't know too much about the new Napster and what not but most songs are in mp3 and just drag it onto your iPod through iTunes.
No you can't use any of the other music services with the ipod. The napster 14.99 a month thing allows you to rent the songs. You can't burn them to a cd or anything. You can only put them on a Napster compatible mp3 player(the ipod is not one of them). Once you cancel your napster service, your songs go poof, all gone.

Some suggestions, though.
You should use itunes. Reason being that you can put them onto an ipod without any problems and also they have already been 'hacked' with a program called JHymn
