Question about burning DVD's?

    Aright i ripped a DVD and i have the VOB files i want to know what should i convert them to watch them on my DVD player- stand alone.
    What format should i convert it to?
    I want the same DVD Quality the movie was in

    ty for your help

    Use something like "DVD shrink" which will rip out the unwanted audio and Subtitles and special Features and if it is still too bit it will add a bit of Compression so it will Fit and it will create a New "Video_TS" folder for you which you can Burn to DVD useing Nero in DVD Video Mode....

    Well you can use shrink to load the files and modify them. Generally all new movies are dual layered and unless your burning with a DL drive/media your going to need to compress. You can get shrink here and also excellent guides on how to use them. No matter what the guides say burn at the slowest speed possible and just suck it up on the low speed. Trust me it will save you mucho dinero on your media and keep the coasters to a minimum. You will also have to download ANYDVD which is free for 21 days its a driver that removes all the latest copy protection a must for new movies.
