samsung dvd drive help

    ???? for anyone,

    is it possible to update the firmware on a samsung dvd drive? or is it even beneficial to do it? reason why im asking for some reason my drive wont regonize a movie B/U done by shrink/nero, ive even used nero recode same old answer... disc unknown. even through X media center I cant even access the disc. but it plays normal on my home player and pc....
