Current Nero is 6.6.0.18, your out of date. I think your firmware is 203D, is your comp a dell? Anyways here is link choose correctly: http://forum.rpc1.org/dl_firmware.php?download_id=1920 YOu drive isn't recognizing the media, this should be a 3 line statement. Just so I can better help you, what kind of media are you using? Try 4x it's the general consensus.
