What type of DVD Burner do you have? If you are able to Bitset/Booktype, most players will play them--Do you know how to booktype?

Are you using the Sony & Maxell "made in japan" by chance? Chances are if they're not "made in japan", then I don't recommend using them. What speeds did you burned with?

Again, my 3 top choices of media are: (1) genuine Taiyo Yuden (2) Verbatim "Advanced Azo" (3) Maxell (Hitachi - made in japan).

Make sure your firmware is up to date---and set the drive to booktype DVD-Rom (Can be done in DVD Decrypter or at the site below)

    http://codeguys.rpc1.org/dvdrw_overview.html

Look up your burner and follow directions exactly

Looks like bad spot on media--I am not an expert on this---Did you use DVDFabDecrypter? If so, I would use only DVD Decrypter, then Shrink and burn slow--Maybe also change the target size to 4300--the very end of the disk can be a trouble spot--You should probably use RW disks--I hate to see a lot of coasters (I've had my share!) Good Luck
