Hello all! Has anyone else come across this problem. This just started happening the other day, when I went to burn family photos over to cd. I would select Nero6 express, then data disc and as soon as I his data the computer screen goes to black and the computer restarts. This happens everytime I try it. I've tested everything else on Nero and it worked without crashing. It just happens on data disc. I've also tried removing and reinstalling nero but with no luck, it continues to do the same thing. Any suggestions out there? Thanks in advance,
Hmmmmm... I've never experienced this kind of problem before, so I don't really know what to tell you, except try to get Nero's General Clean Tool to run and completely wipe out Nero. Then do a fresh reinstall (get the latest Nero 6.6.0.18).
