problems with all my games

this problem occurs with all of my games.
say in need for speed mostwanted, if i press foward the car keeps going forwad and doesnt stop, then when i want it to stop and press back the car then goes in reverse and keeps going that direction. it wasnt like this for about a month (i think) and i stopped playing it for a while and had this problem.

the same thing happens with matrix path of neo, if i press a key it keeps doing the action that the keys ment to do.
this happens with all the games.

any way around this. they where working fine uptill now.

try to play it on another computer with a different keyboard

 

any idea how i can fix it without using another computer.
when i go anywhere else on my pc and press a direction key, say i go on start menu and press up it will only go up once wearas in a game if i do that it keeps doing that action, and its only during gameplay, not on the options of a game
