When i open Lords of dogtown into DVD Shrink, it will only shrink to 4630mb, which a regular 4.7 gig disc will not hold. How can I get it to shrink down to 4400mb area.

Try running the file through Shrink again and resetting your target to 4400

Also, don't forget to run AnyDVD or DVD43 in the background. Shrink can't handle Lords of Dogtown on it's own because of the Sony ARccOS protection.
EDIT: You may have to remove some of the special features. I backed up LOD doing main movie only using re-author mode in Shrink.
